A regularly updated list of every company self-certifying their compliance with 'Build America, Buy America' rules for the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) program.
Service providers that plan to participate in the federal government's $42.5 billion Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) program must also adhere to the "Build America, Buy America," or BABA, manufacturing mandate, requiring certain products for BEAD-funded projects to be made in the US.
As Light Reading previously reported, several companies have officially started to self-certify their products as BABA-compliant for BEAD, through a process set by the NTIA, with more self-certifying on a rolling basis. Read more here.
